The Kinky sequel ‘365 Days’ will air on Netflix this month

Mamma mia, here we go again: 365 dni the sequel is here. It’s called 365 Days: This Day, which will air on Netflix on April 27, and you can watch the trailer now.

Two years ago, a Polish erotic TV series with shockingly explicit sex scenes, 365 dni (or 365 days, in English), was released on Netflix. The Polish-titled film 50 Shades of Gray has met with backlash, with critics accusing it of romanticizing abusive relationships. (The male lead, played by Michele Morrone, quite literally kidnaps the female lead, played by Anna-Maria Sieklucka.) But when has a small controversy stopped Netflix from releasing questionable content?

The 365 Days: These Days trailer, which you can watch above, doesn’t beat around the bush from the very first scene, mob boss Massimo (Morrone) and his kidnapped fiance is Laura (Sieklucka) getting hot and heavy with some BDSM play. Don’t worry, all is perfectly well in God’s eyes, because these two lovebirds are also about to get married. But it’s not a happily ever after” Massimo still has some dark secrets he’s keeping from his wife, and Laura is flirting with a new man, played by Simone Susinna.

Directed by Barbara BiaÅ‚owÄ… s and Tomasz Mandes, with a script by Mojca Tirs, Blanka LipiÅ„ska, and Tomasz Mandes, this 365 dni sequel promises to bring all the relationship drama ownership system, unhealthy but full of darkness like the first part. Of course, for those who remember 365 dni, you may remember that the first movie ended on a ledge” so you can breathe easy knowing Laura is alive. And now.

365 Days: This Day is the first of two planned 365 dni sequels, which were announced last May. The trilogy is expected to continue the plot of the book trilogy by author Blanka LipiÅ„ska, who also worked on the film’s script. Both Michele Morrone and Anna-Maria Sieklucka have signed on for a third and final film. In other words: Put it on and put it on, because this erotic ride is far from over.
