The duo Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum are extremely passionate in Fly me to the moon

Fly me to the moon (Vietnamese title: Moonlight Scandal) is set in the space race of the 1960s, attracting audiences through the great acting of Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson.

Fly me to the moon was originally titled Project Artemis. Set in the 1960s, the film revolves around NASA’s historic moon landing.

To “save” its increasingly declining image in the eyes of the public, NASA decided to hire a leading expert in the field of marketing – Kelly Jones (Scarlett Johansson). Her mission is to find a way to attract people’s support for her mission to set foot on the Moon, which is facing many problems.

When the president of the United States realizes that the mission is too important to fail, Kelly Jones is directed to… film a fake Moon landing as a backup. This pushes her and director Cole Davis (Channing Tatum) into awkward, half-laughing situations.

The appearance of marketing experts like Kelly Jones makes Cole Davis’s job seem upside down. He was not very satisfied with the “tricks” she performed with the Moon landing project that he led.

From hiring people to do interviews, to the climax of filming fake videos. For Cole, these things make his sacrifices at work meaningless.

The 2’30s trailer revealed witty, equally romantic moments between the main character duo.

From the moment they first met until they embarked on their joint mission, Kelly Jones and Cole Davis experienced many troubles. The two made viewers laugh because of their clever juggling acts and many humorous controversial situations.

Fly me to the moon saw actor Channing Tatum return with the type of charming role that made his name.

Previously, the actor fascinated audiences around the world when portraying Mike Lane in Magic Mike (2012) or most recently Magic Mike’s Last Dance (2023). From a dancer to a “male god” of the silver screen, the star born in 1980 scored points in the public’s eyes with his masculine, attractive appearance and natural, charming acting.

Meanwhile, Scarlett Johansson has long been famous as Hollywood’s “billion-dollar lady”, appearing in a series of hit works, most notably the “black widow” Black Widow of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Besides fiery action projects, Scarlett Johansson also works hard to transform into a variety of roles. Fly me to the moon will be an opportunity for her to prove that outside of fighting scenes, how charming, sweet and cunning she can be.

The film is directed by Greg Berlanti – the face behind the success of hit works such as Love, Simon or the superhero universe Arrowverse… The film’s script is written by Rose Gilroy, based on the story of Bill Kirstein and Keenan Flynn.
