New Details for THE OFFICE Spin-Off, THE FARM, Starring Rainn Wilson

It looks like Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) is ready to step out of The Office and resume his life on The Farm. The spin-off show will get a chance in front of audiences during the upcoming ninth season of The Office before being greenlit for an entire season. The Farm centers on the Schrute family, who has inherited a combination farm/bed-and-breakfast. In order for Dwight to profit from this windfall, he must first convince his brother and sister to help him out. New casting details are now available for The Farm, which you can check out after the jump. The casting details for The Farm come via TV Line. In addition to Wilson as Dwight, we have the following roles available:

FANNIE SCHRUTE | Attractive, urban and in her late 20s/early 30s, Dwight’s younger sister fled the Schrute farm life for Boston as soon as she could, and has had little to do with her roots for quite some time. Now divorced with one son, Fannie is “a bit of a pseudo-intellectual lefty” with an ironic sense of humor and a great heart.

JEB SCHRUTE | Dwight’s easygoing thirtysomething brother hasn’t done well in any of the career paths he’s followed – worm breeder and Bigfoot hunter among them — but has found some success with a pot farm. He’s got none of Dwight’s dedication or work ethic, but he has made an exercise video about things you can do with a knife and a canoe. (We like him already.)
