Lisa Bonet filed for divorce from ‘Aquaman’ star Jason Momoa

Lisa Bonet officially filed for divorce from actor Jason Momoa after announcing their separation.
Jason Momoa and his wife got married on October 7, 2017. The two revealed in a joint statement released in January 2022 that they had separated. According to court documents obtained by People, Bonet filed for divorce, stating the date of their separation as October 7, 2020, exactly 3 years after their wedding date, citing irreconcilable differences.

Lisa Bonet (56 years old) and blockbuster star Aquaman (44 years old) have known each other through friends since 2005, and have two children together: daughter Lola (16 years old) and son Nakoa-Wolf (15 years old). Bonet is also the mother of actress Zoë Kravitz with her ex-husband Lenny Kravitz.

In the petition, Bonet requested joint custody of the children and that the couple did not support each other financially.

When announcing their separation two years ago, Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa said: “We all feel the change of this time of transition… A revolution is taking place and neither is our family. exception… We feel and grow from the earthquakes happening in our family. And so we are about to break up.”

The two explained that they shared the above information “not because they thought it was worth bringing up, but so that as we move on with our lives, we can maintain dignity and honesty.”
