Fuller House Characters Sorted Into Hogwarts Houses

Who exactly seemed like the Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, Slytherins, and Hufflepuffs out of all of these Fuller House characters?

Each and every TV show out there is made up of unique characters with traits, interests, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses that make them relatable or not. One such show was Fuller House, which was a sequel series to Full House.

The main characters were just kids last time fans saw them, but in this story on Netflix, they were all grown up with kids of their own. And now, it is time to sort them all into their Hogwarts houses: Who exactly seemed like the Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, Slytherins, and Hufflepuffs out of all of these characters? Find out down below!

D.J. – Gryffindor

First up is D.J., the oldest daughter/sister. She had a very type-A personality, as she loved lists and orders and being in charge. She was also an outgoing and friendly person who enjoyed having a good time and spreading cheer.

Based on her bubbly personality, her caring ways, and her fearlessness, she seemed like she would have fit in well as a Gryffindor.

Stephanie – Ravenclaw

The middle daughter/sister was Stephanie, who, as a child, had a catchphrase of “How rude!” and who, as an adult, worked in the music industry. Unlike D.J., she could be a bit lazy and messy, getting to things when she wanted and how she wanted.

Her musical abilities and her cynical retorts could have easily led to her being sorted as a Ravenclaw.

Kimmy – Hufflepuff

In Full House, Kimmy Gibbler was the annoying and weird neighbor from next door, as well as D.J.’s best friend. In Fuller House, she lived with Deej and Steph, as these three became like family, following in the footsteps of Danny, Jesse, and Joey.

There was no one like this character, and her originality would have probably led to her being a Hufflepuff. Like these types, Kimmy was also loyal, hardworking, and friendly (sometimes overly so).

Jackson – Gryffindor

D.J.’s oldest son was Jackson, who could sometimes lack confidence. He started to find areas of interest and areas where he excelled, though.

When comparing these characters to those in Harry Potter, Jackson seemed a lot like Ron; they could both be scared and nervous, but deep down and when it mattered most, they were true Gryffindors: brave and polite and good.

Max – Slytherin

The middle son belonging to D.J. was Max, and he surely would have been sorted into Slytherin’s house! People who end up here are determined, resourceful, and perfectionists… words that could all be used to describe this character.

No matter what he was doing, he set out to be the best, to show off his many positive traits and to do anything/everything perfectly and with style.

Ramona – Ravenclaw

Ramona, Kimmy’s daughter, actually shared some traits with Stephanie; just as Steph was interested in music, Ramona was into dancing and acting, meaning she was quite creative. And like Steph, she was known for her sarcastic comebacks.

While her boldness and overall goodness could have led to her being a Gryffindor, she seemed most like a Ravenclaw.

Fernando – Slytherin

Ramona’s father was Fernando, an eccentric and a passionate man who was a famous race car driver. He and Max had some bonding moments on this show, as they were a lot alike… so, yes, Fernando would definitely have been a Slytherin.

Whether he was working or winning back Kimmy, he was giving it his all. Whether he was hanging out at home or going out for a night of fun, he was putting his innovative style on display. And he was never afraid to let those around him know how much he loved himself!

Jimmy – Hufflepuff

Another love interest on Fuller House was Jimmy Gibbler, Kimmy’s brother, and Stephanie’s husband. He seemed like he would have ended up as a Hufflepuff.

First off, no matter what, he was there for his loved ones, showing his loyalty and patience. And while he may have not been the sharpest tool in the shed, he was fair,  pure and friendly always.

Steve – Hufflepuff

Another Hufflepuff, surely, would be Steve Hale; D.J. dated him in high school, and they ended up getting back together as adults and even tying the knot!

This character honestly seems like he could be the poster child for this house: He was one of the nicest, most genuine, and friendliest characters on the show. He was a successful medical professional and sandwich shop owner. And he would have done anything for Deej and her family, as they were his family, too.

Jesse – Slytherin

There were several other notable supporting characters on Fuller House, and there were some more main characters on Full House. For this last spot on the list, though, Uncle Jesse will be featured; he was on both series, and he was always a fan favorite.

When looking at his traits and his overall vibe, it would not be hard to imagine Jesse ending up as a Slytherin. He was a determined father and rocker and a true perfectionist… Just look at that hair!
