Full House Stars Launch Two Different Rewatch Podcasts, But Hosts Say There’s “No Competition”

In the midst of two simultaneous Full House rewatch podcasts launching, the hosts are adamant that there is no animosity or competition between them.

Dave Coulier, best known for his role as Uncle Joey, recently debuted his Full House Rewind podcast, featuring a premiere episode with series creator Jeff Franklin and promising a lineup of other guest stars in the upcoming weeks. Just a few days later, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber introduced their own Full House podcast, How Rude, Tanneritos!.

It may seem peculiar to have two Full House podcasts dedicated to rewatching the show, but in an interview with People (conducted before the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike), Sweetin and Barber clarify that there is no rivalry between them and Coulier.

Honestly, there is room at the table for all of us to be successful and to celebrate each other’s wins. That’s what I’m here to do.” Sweetin provides some insight into Coulier’s Full House Rewind podcast, which includes a video element and features a full set for conducting interviews.

The family sitcom was their first significant acting gig, and they essentially grew up in front of the camera just like their characters Stephanie and Kimmy did.

As a result, the Full House podcasts will likely remember the comedy in distinct ways, especially considering how it impacted their lives after the show concluded. The two Full House rewatch podcasts are launching at a time when Sweetin and her co-star Candace Cameron Bure are rumored to be feuding.
