Charlie Sheen Just Sold 1 of the 2 Beverly Hills Mansions He’s Unloading

On the heels of Charlie Sheen’s confirmation that he contracted the HIV virus and paid nearly $10 million to blackmailers to keep his health status quiet, rumors began swirling that he was planning to sell two of the three mansions he owns in the exclusive Mulholland Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills, CA.

Now, there’s good news for Charlie’s bank account. Variety is reporting that his six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 9,020-square-foot Mediterranean just sold for $6.6 million in an off-market deal. He bought the home from film executive and producer Mike Medavoy in March 2011 for $6.9 million. Most recently, Charlie’s ex-wife Denise Richards is said to have stayed there with their two kids while renovating her own Hidden Hills, CA, home.

The second mansion on the cutting block is a 6,625-square-foot villa he purchased in October 2012 for $4.8 million from the owner of the Detroit Pistons. Charlie purchased it while married to Brooke Mueller and tried unsuccessfully to sell it a couple of years ago. Charlie is said to be holding onto the Mediterranean-style, 7,924-square-foot mansion he bought in April 2006 for $7.2 million. Check out the properties Charlie’s selling here.
