Courteney Cox & Jennifer Aniston Use Their Dogs To Send Us An Important Message

Last month, Jennifer Aniston used her platform to emphasise the need to wear a face mask in public spaces. “If you care about human life, please… just #wearadamnmask and encourage those around you to do the same,” Aniston wrote on Instagram with a selfie of her wearing a black face mask. “So many lives have been taken by this virus because we aren’t doing enough.”

While many celebrities have since followed suit – from Charlize Theron to Judi Dench – Aniston is continuing to spread the message with Friends co-star Courteney Cox. Taking to Instagram, the duo shared a funny video with Cox’s two dogs, Harley and Hopper. “Just put it on,” one of the dogs says to the other in the video’s subtitles. “No,” responds the other the pooch. “I’ll make it worth your while,” woofs back the other. The playful video ends with Aniston and Cox wearing masks while cuddling up with the two dogs on the couch.

Aniston has since shared a photo of their friend Kevin, who was taken to hospital with coronavirus. “This is our friend Kevin. Perfectly healthy, not one underlying health issue. This is Covid. This is real. We can’t be so naive to think we can outrun this… if we want this to end, and we do, right? The one step we can take is PLEASE #wearadamnmask. Just think about those who’ve already suffered through this horrible virus. Do it for your family. And most of all yourself. Covid affects all ages,” she posted on Instagram. “This photo was taken in early April. Thank god he has almost recovered now. Thank you all for your prayers.”
