SING 2 continues to be directed by director – scriptwriter Garth Jennings after the success he brought to part 1 of the film in 2016. In addition to the return of famous stars with the characters they once portrayed, appearing in part 1 such as Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, Reese Witherspoon, Tori Kelly, Nick Kroll… the legendary Clay Calloway was assigned to the leader of the rock group U2 Bono and the character Crystal was played by Bobby Cannavale.
